Lydia Martin, Teen Wolf.
She’s immune, so Lydia gets wolfsbane (the kind I saw in the show, not the ones I googled – apparently there’s different kinds? anyway). I don’t know what being immune to the bite means, but it makes her special. And potentially dangerous. What’s unknown is a potential danger, okay? She can obviously handle wolfsbane, and since the show is full of werewolves, that can be a useful skill. Also, I’m thinking that wolfsbane is like Lydia; pretty on the outside, and very dangerous to some people if they get too close.
Same thing as with Allison’s portrait; masking fluid, watercolours and pencils on paper.
Allison Argent, Teen Wolf.
Allison gets bullets, because she’s a huntress. That in itself has been a problem since the beginning, and after what happened in Season 2, I can’t imagine it’ll be forgotten. She’s human and a “love interest”, but she’s more than that; she can be lethal, and worse – she’s proven she can be manipulated. That (amongst other things) makes her deadly – a weapon, if you will. I can’t wait to see what she’ll grow into in Season 3.
I played with masking fluid and watercolours, and then there’s pencil on paper.
Stiles Stilinski, Teen Wolf.
Stiles is a spark, so he gets … a spark. I also chose to draw him like I imagine his thoughts to be; chaotic, going in every direction at once, threads of thoughts stringing together … and basically a mess. But it still paints a clear picture. Stiles is sharp when he focuses. I don’t know what it means to be a spark, but Stiles is special. He is also very human, very vulnerable and not perfect in the least. Which is why I love him, really.
Watercolour, salt (yeah, don’t ask), ink, acrylics and pen on paper.
Derek Hale and Scott McCall, Teen Wolf.
At first I thought of fire for Derek, but that’s not right (that’d be Peter - besides, how do you paint fire??? I can’t). Blood, though, can mean so many things. Blood is death, which Derek’s been surrounded by lately. Blood is also family and pack, which Derek has both lost and am trying to find again. Blood can mean effort, can mean trying, can mean dying. Blood can mean failure. And blood can mean life. So there’s hope in the darkness, but I feel that Derek and blood goes hand in hand (not to mention that he looks good while bloody, but let’s not ruin a good explanation with something that superficial, shall we?)
Scott gets water, because there is more to Scott than people might think. Hidden depths, if you will. Under the surface, there’s a lot of potential waiting to be released. There is a lot of power in the sea, but one might not see it from the surface. I was also inspired by that teaser trailer where Scott drowned himself, which leads to the talk about drowning that we all know and love from season 2 … and that, too, fits Scott in a way, I think.
Watercolour on paper.

DON’T JUDGE ME!
I haven’t eaten yet so I thought this was hilarious.
Hey, remember this? It’s finally done! My younger cousin has bought his first apartment (all of 25 square metres, bless him), and wanted a portrait of himself to put there. And hell, if he wants a portrait, he’ll get a real goddamn portrait! So I made this.
It’s taken quite some time, and I lost inspiration with the first brush stroke. I’m not entirely pleased with the result, but I simply will not work anymore on it. It’s done.
Acrylics on canvas.
